Drivers and escorts are assigned permanent routes and have the opportunity to meet with students and their parents or caregivers before the start of the term. This initial meeting allows them to familiarise themselves with the clients and collaborate with parents and school staff to address any potential concerns.
This proactive approach facilitates a smooth transition for all parties involved. Additionally, we prioritise the comfort of our staff by ensuring that the time schedules are manageable and that any client-related issues, as well as staff training needs, are adequately addressed.
